Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped from Shanghai via China Post EMS Service. Upon receiving payment we will ship immediately in 1-3 business days.
Shipping Time
It takes 2~4 weeks in normal condition. Please note delivery time is approximate and may vary depending on location and customs regulations.
Tracking Number
We provide tracking number for free, afer we send your order to you, we will add the trackng number and the tracking website on the note of your purchase page. You can logon on the tracking website to see the update tracking information till you receive your order.
Customs
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. We will, however, only charge you for the purchase price, shipping and handling for your item(s). Any additional customs charges must be paid for by you.
Return Policy
If an item hasn't arrived or isn't as described or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible via "Have a question" or email to songyitiancheng777@qq.com.
Return/ Exchange unwanted products within 3 days of receipt. Shipping will not be refunded for returns on unwanted items and exchanged products may be charged a shipping fee. We do not accept returns on any used product. Items must be returned in original packaging and in resale condition.
We will send another one (with like product) of refund any defective product within 3 days of customer receipt. Shipping will be reimbursed for the return and change of defective items. No refunds are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss.
