Brewing:
1. Commend using clear glass teacup ,Gaiwan, Porcelain pot or Yixing Zisha Teapot.
2. Rinse teacup with hot water.
3. Use between one and two teaspoons of tea leaves (about 5 grams) per teacup of boiling water 150ml (212F ) for up to about one minute and twenty seconds.
4. Increase the steeping time and temperature for each subsequent brewing.
