Introduction:
The tea is made from high quality Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea leaves. The tea leaves of the tea was hand picked before 2 years, an were roasted at low about 90~95 temperature in each year. The dry tea leaves are tightly rolled and dark with heavy roasted tea aroma. Though 2 times roasted and 2 years nature curing to complete oxidation fermentation, and the bitter astringent of the tea has been turned into sweetish and mellow taste, then tea leaves was baked with wooden charcoal fire to get rid of foreign flavor and to been drunk much more mellow sweetness.
