Brewing Method:
1. Commend using YiXing Zisha teapot or Gaiwan to brew better tea flavor.
2. Place about 7 grams of tea leaves into Zisha teapot or Gaiwan, pour in boiling water and cover it for 3~5 second, and drain the water out, and pour the water into teacups to wash your teacups, then pour out the water. It means to wash and warm your teacup.
3. Increase 10 seconds ~ 2 minutes fro each subsequent infusion. The tea can be brewing for 7~10 times.
